Lets talk about things that bothers you, shall we???

Some thing has been bothering me. Things like why the older you are, the more authority you think you have. The older you are, the more "realistic" your idea is. The older you are, the more rights you have to turn down ones idea. The older you are, the more unrealistic the ideas of someone younger becomes. Why is it that way? I mean, just because you're older? Oh come on.. Yes, you may be more experienced but that doesn't mean that someone younger wont come out with a better idea, right?

All i'm asking for is for you to SHUT UP, LISTEN & give us a CHANCE to even give it a try. It is utmostly frustrating and disrespectful you know when you told me to explain and when I'm explaining, you simply turned your back on me. It is super upsetting to have someone who acts so proffesional but at the same time so snobbish, to turn down your group's ideas just because she is the only one who think that it is "boring". We were given limitations remember?! It would have been fun if we could add things like flour. But its because we dont want to ruin the school track/field, we chose to play clean and safe. Get it?

Our leader has absolutely no objections with our ideas, if she came up with some thing, she suggest and not simply eliminate our ideas and replace it with hers. You come out with ideas then say it in a way to show that you're idea is way better and we should cancel off whatever we've planned to replace it with yours. You were like "why you blah blah blah.. then you should blah blah blah.. then easy right?.. then blah blah blah.. see i help you to settle already.." How irritating is that?!!

And what pisses me off the most is that, my group has to do extra work when we already did our job, we played our part. It is your group that clearly needs to pull up their socks and attend meetings and send things on time. You simply make it our responsibility to finish things your group are unable to finish. That is not fair. You want us to do this and that, then what are the people who are in charged of * doing? Nothing?!

Seriously, i dont mean to be disrespectful but i think it is really too much. Stop talking to us like as if we dont know a single thing about planning events. We have PLANNED events before too. So stop talking to us like we're idiots. We're not dumb, we too know how to plan events like this, we too have briliant ideas. You just dont see the ideas like we do.

Oh ya. One more thing.

Dont you know that the younger you are, the more creative you become? Yes, I'm trying to say that you are not as creative as us. FULL STOP.
