J E A L O U S
its a strong and powerful word isnt it? this word brings such a huge impact as it controls your emotions making you do crazy stuffs, cry, hurt, whine and laugh like a mad cow. i guess, its pretty normal for a girl to feel that way. however, i also think that it can be empowering. in fact too empowering that we can actually go bananas, if we let it run our heart, body, mind and soul. so i really urge all the pretty ladies out there to not go crazily jealous because its nuts. if you have learn to love someone, you should learn to trust them too.. because i VERY MUCH believe that the word TRUST can outbeat the word JEALOUSY.

i'm very disappointed in myself. i felt like a total loser, trying to catch my breath and not to puke my guts out during the training. i know my stamina has dropped. but i didnt expect it to be THAT bad. i used to be super strong but now i'm known as the otherwise-super weak and whats worse, i'm gaining weight. i'm reaching 50kg already! cannot be.. haish.. i dont care, i'm going to go on a healthy diet. from now on, i'm not going to skip any meals.i'll have to do more sets before sleeping and i definitely have to take the stairs more often. haish...
nvm, i can do it!
